How it works
1. Browse or Book
Start by exploring our catalog for inspiration, or book a discovery call or consultation. Whether you know exactly what you want or are just beginning, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
2. Let’s Talk
During your consultation—virtual or in-person—we’ll learn more about what you’re looking for, whether it’s a custom piece, a redesign, or something entirely new. We’ll also share our process and help you decide if we’re the right fit for your project.
3. Design, Your Way
From concept to creation, you can be as involved (or hands-off) as you’d like. Work with us to select gemstones, repurpose a sentimental piece, or collaborate on every detail—we’re here to bring your vision to life.
4. Confirm & Create
Once we align on the direction, we collect a deposit and begin your design. CAD renderings or sketches are shared as needed, and your piece is handcrafted in-house with expert care.
5. Delivery or Pickup
In 6–8 weeks (rush options available), your finished piece is ready. We offer secure, insured shipping or local pickup—whichever suits you best.
